1. Delivery Timelines

Main Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 to 4 working days.
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4 to 7 working days.
Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays and public holidays.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Delivery on all orders above Rs. 2,000.
For orders below Rs. 2,000, a standard shipping fee of Rs. 200-250 will apply at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email. You can use this number on our courier partner's website to track your shipment in real-time.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

5. Damaged or Misplaced Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or if you do not receive it within the estimated time, please contact our customer support team immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.
